Role Overview

The Business Associate will play a key role in driving revenue growth initiatives and sales outreach campaigns across multiple products. This role involves designing and executing scalable go-to-market strategies while supporting early-stage products that require structured experimentation and rapid execution.

The position demands strong execution ability, commercial acumen, and the agility to operate in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute outbound sales and business development initiatives across multiple products

• Design and run structured outreach campaigns using modern sales and AI-enabled tools

• Develop sales narratives, pitches, and supporting material for different customer segments

• Conduct market research and identify new opportunities for revenue generation

• Track outreach performance and iterate based on data and feedback

• Collaborate closely with the Founder to translate strategic priorities into execution

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, consulting, or related roles

• Demonstrates strong interest in sales, business development, and AI-led products

• Familiarity with sales tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, or similar platforms

• Comfortable working independently with high ownership and accountability

• Able to move quickly from idea to execution

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn modern sales methodologies
