Role Description The Business Associate is a revenue sharing, role based in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, NCR. This role involves coordinating pandit bookings, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth execution of scheduled rituals and services. The Business Associate will support daily business operations, handle basic financial tracking, and assist in reporting and documentation. The position includes communicating with customers and pandits, resolving issues, and contributing to process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency. The Business Associate will collaborate with internal teams to support growth initiatives and uphold company standards.

BA will also help in execution of BYP Live events in designated territories.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and marketing skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
• Basic understanding of finance and business operations to assist with budgeting, tracking expenses, and supporting business planning.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with customers, pandits, and internal teams in a clear and professional manner.
• Customer service capabilities to manage inquiries, address concerns, and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Ability to work on-site in designated geography and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with common office software and digital tools; familiarity with booking or CRM systems is an advantage.
• Prior experience and interest in customer-facing roles.
• Educational background in business, commerce, or a related field is beneficial.
