We are looking for a highly driven individual to join our business team as Associate/Management Trainee.

This role is designed for those who want to learn fast, take ownership early, and work on real business problems in a high-growth startup environment.

As part of the business team, you will work across growth, partnerships, operations, product execution and strategic initiatives to help scale products from 0→1 and beyond.

What you'll work on:

• Growth and GTM initiatives
• Business operations and execution
• Market research and problem solving
• Cross-functional coordination with product, brand, marketing and other teams
• Identifying process improvements and scaling opportunities
• Driving execution on high-impact projects
