Job Description

This is not a desk job with a fixed scope. You'll work directly with the founder on whatever matters most that week - pricing, new markets, vendor deals, process fixes, launches, numbers. It is the fastest way to learn how a business actually runs, because you'll be inside every part of it.

We are bootstrapped. Every rupee we spend, we earned. That means no vanity projects, no endless decks - just real problems, real customers, and decisions that show up in the P&L by month end.

What You'll Do

• Own projects end to end - from here's the problem to it's live and working
• Dig into numbers: pricing, margins, vendor costs, channel performance
• Build and fix processes across sales, procurement, operations, and marketing
• Research new markets, products, and opportunities, then make the case for them
• Sit in on supplier and customer conversations, domestic and international
• Do the unglamorous work when it needs to be done, nobody here is above it
  
  

Who We're Looking For

• BBA/MBA, or someone who can out-work and out-think one
• Fire in the belly. You want to run something one day, and you're impatient to learn how
• Comfortable dealing with challenges and roadblocks
• Strong with numbers and a very good grip on Excel/Google Sheets
• Clear written and spoken English, with the ability to present ideas well
• Takes ownership without being chased
• Added advantage: you've built, sold, or run something of your own, however small
• Added advantage: exposure to packaging, labelling, marketing or exports
