About the Role

Forever Noor is looking for a Business Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day backend and customer-facing operations of the brand. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer communication (queries, follow-ups, order updates)
• Handle and update the Shopify dashboard (orders, inventory, backend coordination)
• Maintain and update Excel sheets for orders, inventory, and tracking
• Organize and manage line sheets, product catalogs, and data records
• Coordinate and track production timelines to ensure smooth operations
• Oversee general administrative and operational tasks for the brand
• Assist with basic Instagram activities (DM replies, coordination, basic communication)

Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication skills (written & verbal)
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Familiarity with Shopify is a plus
• Responsible, reliable, and detail-focused
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
