Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Associate in the US Voice Process at Halcom Marketing. The position is based in Noida and involves managing client communications via phone calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, providing tailored solutions, and building strong client relationships. The Business Associate will also collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve organizational objectives.
