  • Ability in establishment of high-level relationships with Strategic partnerships and Alliances, Direct and Channel sales, competitive analysis, business presentation, managing outbound sales operations, financial budgeting, etc
  • Proficient in analysis of sales figures forecasting sales volumes, analysis, and interpretation of trends to facilitate planning.
  • Develop opportunities through cold-call prospecting, leads driven via webinars, email promotions, trade shows and events, web inquiries and phone inquiries etc
  • Define and implement effective business management processes to support goal attainment
  • Adroit in creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members.
  • Train and develop sales team to understand customer needs, identify sales opportunities and effectively represent the company
  • Contribute to innovation, growth optimization of ZS BHC Products to improve the customer experience and business;

Qualification Experience:

  • You have a bachelors degree; Preferred: You have an MBA from a top university;
  • masters degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering or Equivalent (optional)
  • At least 3 years of total work experience including at least 1-2 years of inside sales experience on SaaS based Analytics product.
  • Experience of working with commercial team of global Retail/CPG clients;
  • Well versed in Strategic Sales, Business Development, Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and Implementation of robust operational sales processes.
  • Strong verbal, written and team presentation communication skills. ZS is a global firm; fluency in English is required;
  • Experience of working in International markets across diversified industries (primarily US)
