Primary Skill: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations – Functional

Experience: 8+ Years

Location: Pan India (Banglore,Hyderabad,Chennai,Pune,Mumbai,Kolkata,Delhi NCR)

Education: 15 Years Full-Time Education

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) – Functional
• Strong knowledge of Demand Planning & Forecasting
• Experience with Master Planning
• Good understanding of Process & Lean Manufacturing
• Knowledge of Warehousing and Supply Chain Management (SCM) is an added advantage
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
• Experience in functional specifications, solution design and business process improvement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with business, functional and technical stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work as an SME, collaborate with teams and drive key decisions
• Experience mentoring team members and supporting transformation initiatives

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess current business processes and identify opportunities for business value
• Capture high-level requirements and define business solutions
• Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models
• Support business transformation and prepare business cases
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
• Drive continuous process improvement and recommend innovative solutions
• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders
• Provide functional guidance and support implementation initiatives
