You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Additionally, you will support transformation initiatives by developing comprehensive business cases and guiding the implementation of key projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis.
- Experience in developing business cases and project proposals.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Familiarity with change management principles and practices.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
