Job Title: Junior OTM Consultant ________________________________________ Role Overview As a Junior OTM Consultant, you will support the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Transportation Management solutions for global clients. This role requires hands-on experience with OTM modules and a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes. You will work closely with senior consultants and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with client requirements. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities

• Assist in full lifecycle OTM implementation projects, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Configure OTM modules such as Order Management, Shipment Planning, Rate Management, and Workflow Automation.
• Develop and maintain custom agents, events, and actions for automation.
• Support integration activities with ERP/WMS systems and external partners.
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and configuration guides.
• Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot OTM-related issues.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and client stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. ________________________________________ Required Skills & Qualifications
• 36 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
• Strong knowledge of OTM modules: Order Management, Shipment Planning, Rate Management.
• Experience in OTM configuration, workflow setup, and custom agent development.
• Familiarity with SQL, PL/SQL, and basic scripting for OTM customizations.
• Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in Agile/DevOps environments is a plus. ________________________________________ Good to Have
• Exposure to OTM Cloud implementations.
• Knowledge of BI Publisher reporting and OTM integrations (e.g., P44, HERE routing).
