Summary: As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding implementation efforts. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and align on project goals. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of business architecture. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps. - Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure as code. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management frameworks. - Ability to analyze and optimize business processes for efficiency. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
