As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment. The role includes gathering and documenting high-level requirements and designing comprehensive business solutions. Throughout the day, the Business Architect translates organizational needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports ongoing transformation efforts by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance during the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
• Assist in the development and refinement of business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing mentorship.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into solution design.
