Additionally, the Business Architect supports transformation efforts by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of key strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering continuous improvement.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Drive the development and refinement of business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.
