Summary:

As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities to create measurable business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment and gathering high-level requirements. The role includes defining effective business solutions and translating organizational needs into technology-driven strategies and operational frameworks. Supporting transformation efforts by preparing comprehensive business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives is also a key part of daily activities. This position requires a proactive approach to understanding business challenges and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technology capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business solutions align with organizational goals.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of business processes by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on business architecture principles.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate business requirements.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
• Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.

• Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and facilitate collaboration.
