As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities to create measurable business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment and gathering high-level requirements. The role includes defining effective business solutions and translating organizational needs into technology-driven strategies and operational frameworks. Supporting transformation efforts by preparing comprehensive business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives is a key part of daily activities, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technological capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business solutions meet organizational goals.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of business processes and operational models.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
• Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement areas.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technology solutions.
• Experience in developing and documenting business cases to support transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between business and technology teams.
