Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable value to the organization by thoroughly assessing the existing business environment. This role requires capturing high-level requirements and defining comprehensive business solutions that align with strategic goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and designs effective operating models. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment across various teams and stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending innovative solutions.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

- Experience in requirements engineering or business analysis within Agile environments
- Experience in the mobile and e-banking space. Knowledge of the wealth management domain
- Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to produce clear, structured, and unambiguous requirements
- Understanding of data-driven systems and AI concepts
- Proficiency with tools such as GitLab, Postman, SoapUI, wireframing tools (e.g., Giffy, Figma), and Postgres
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.

- The candidate is required to work out of the Client Office in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days per week, as per the mandate.
