Additionally, the role supports transformational efforts by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to align business and technology teams.
• Assist in the development and refinement of business processes and models.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.

• Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement areas.
• Experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications.
