Project Role Description : Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

Summary:

As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment. This role requires capturing high-level requirements and shaping effective business solutions that align with organizational goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports transformational efforts by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to align business and technology teams.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of business processes and models.
  • Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GuideWire Integration.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement areas.
  • Experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Ability to develop comprehensive business cases and support strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between business and technology teams.
  • Familiarity with operating model design and implementation.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in GuideWire Integration.
  • This position is based at our Pune office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
