This role requires capturing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and defining comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, ensuring seamless integration across functions. Additionally, the role supports transformational initiatives by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of key projects, fostering continuous improvement and innovation within the business landscape.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate business requirements.
• Assist junior team members by providing mentorship and guidance on best practices.
