Summary:

As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance value for the organization. This role requires gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with strategic goals. The Business Architect plays a crucial role in supporting organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of significant initiatives. Collaboration across departments and continuous assessment of operational models are integral to ensuring that proposed solutions effectively meet evolving business needs.

• Lead the alignment of business strategies with technology solutions to ensure cohesive delivery.
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to foster mutual understanding and effective collaboration.
