Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

Summary:

As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment. This role requires capturing high-level requirements and shaping comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports transformational efforts by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment across various stakeholders and teams to drive successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Well versed with Demand planning & forecasting, Master planning modules and knowledge of process & lean manufacturing. Knowledge of Warehousing and SCM is added advantage. Strong communication skills as it involves interaction with onshore and client
• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and recommending innovative approaches.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
• Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Experience in translating business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Ability to develop and document business cases that support strategic decision-making.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
