Project Role : Business Architect

Project Role Description : Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:

As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment. The role includes gathering and understanding high-level requirements from various stakeholders and shaping these insights into comprehensive business solutions. Throughout the day, the Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering collaboration across multiple teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and recommending innovative approaches.
  • Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to develop and document business cases and solution designs.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Capability to guide implementation efforts and monitor progress against business objectives.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Ariba.
  • This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
