Project Role : Business Architect

Project Role Description : Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:

As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities to create measurable business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment and gathering high-level requirements. The role includes defining comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. You will translate complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Supporting transformation initiatives by developing detailed business cases and steering the implementation of critical projects is a key part of the daily responsibilities. This position requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and recommending innovative approaches.
  • Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BRIM Subscription Order Management SOM.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to develop and document business cases and solution designs.
  • Experience in guiding cross-functional teams through transformation initiatives.
  • Capability to translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BRIM Subscription Order Management SOM.
  • This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
