Summary:

As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment. This role requires capturing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and defining comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports transformational efforts by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business solutions meet organizational needs and standards.
• Assist in the documentation and communication of business processes and solution designs to stakeholders.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate implemented solutions to identify areas for enhancement and optimization.

• Experience in guiding the implementation of business solutions and managing change within organizations.
