Summary:

As a Business Architect, a typical day involves leading comprehensive assessments of the current business environment to uncover opportunities that can deliver measurable value to clients. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to understand overarching customer needs and translating these insights into well-defined business solutions and frameworks. The Business Architect also focuses on crafting detailed business cases that support the realization of strategic visions, ensuring alignment between business objectives and operational capabilities. Collaboration and strategic thinking are central to driving initiatives that enhance business performance and client satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business solutions align with organizational goals.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and validate business requirements.
• Support the development and communication of business strategies to stakeholders.

• Experience in developing business cases and strategic documentation.

• This position is based at our Chennai office.
