This role requires capturing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and defining comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports transformational initiatives by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
• Drive the adoption of best practices and methodologies to enhance business architecture processes.
