As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can generate measurable value. This role requires capturing overarching requirements and shaping comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The position also entails translating complex business needs into technology-driven strategies and operational frameworks. Additionally, the Business Architect supports transformational efforts by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending actionable enhancements.
