This includes gathering and analyzing high-level requirements and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The role requires translating complex business needs into effective technology-driven strategies and operational frameworks. Additionally, the Business Architect plays a crucial part in supporting organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of significant initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and recommending innovative approaches.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
