Summary:

As a Business Architect, your day involves exploring and identifying opportunities that can bring measurable value to the business by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment. You engage in gathering and understanding high-level requirements from various stakeholders and work on defining comprehensive business solutions. Your role includes translating complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and designing effective operating models. You also play a crucial part in supporting organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of significant initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational efficiency.

• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business solutions align with organizational objectives.
• Assist in the development and refinement of business processes to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
• This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
