As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating the existing business environment to uncover opportunities that can generate measurable value. This role requires gathering and understanding high-level requirements from various stakeholders and shaping these insights into comprehensive business solutions. The Business Architect plays a crucial part in bridging business needs with technology-driven approaches and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of significant strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and communication of business architecture artifacts to ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather insights and foster collaboration among diverse teams.

• This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
