Summary:

As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment and gathering high-level requirements. The role includes defining effective business solutions and translating organizational needs into technology-driven strategies and operational frameworks. Supporting transformation initiatives by crafting compelling business cases and steering the execution of critical projects is a key part of daily activities. This position requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technological capabilities, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead strategic discussions to align business goals with technology solutions.
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
