You will translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, supporting transformation initiatives by developing comprehensive business cases and guiding their implementation. Your expertise will be essential in fostering collaboration among various teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of key initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and drive consensus among stakeholders.
- Continuously assess and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire BillingCenter.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis.
- Experience with stakeholder management and communication.
- Ability to develop and present business cases effectively.
- Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Guidewire BillingCenter.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
