As a Business Architect, you will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities to deliver tangible business value. Your typical day will involve assessing the current state of business processes, capturing high-level requirements, and defining innovative business solutions. You will translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, supporting transformation initiatives by developing compelling business cases and guiding the implementation of key projects. Your expertise will be essential in fostering collaboration among various teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and drive consensus among stakeholders.
• Continuously assess and refine business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Good To Have Skills: Experience with business process modeling tools.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and frameworks.
