Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance during the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering collaboration across teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and promoting best practices within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
