Project Role : Business Architect

Project Role Description : Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

Summary:

As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can generate measurable value. This role requires capturing overarching requirements and shaping comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The position also includes translating complex business needs into technology-driven strategies and operational frameworks. Additionally, the Business Architect supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements to business processes.
  • Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire ClaimCenter.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Experience in translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions.
  • Ability to develop and present comprehensive business cases to support transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with diverse teams.
  • Capability to guide and influence cross-functional teams towards achieving strategic objectives.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
