As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating the existing business environment to uncover opportunities that can generate measurable value. This role requires capturing overarching requirements and shaping comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The position also includes translating complex business needs into technology-driven strategies and operational frameworks. Additionally, the Business Architect supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Drive the development and refinement of business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
