Summary:

As a Business Architect, your day involves exploring and identifying opportunities that can bring measurable value to the organization. You will assess the existing business environment, gather and analyze high-level requirements, and design effective business solutions. Your role includes translating complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, you will support organizational transformation by preparing business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
• Assist in the development and refinement of business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on business architecture principles.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative approaches for business transformation.

• This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
