You will engage in gathering and documenting high-level requirements and shaping business solutions that align with organizational goals. Your role includes translating complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and designing effective operating models. Additionally, you will support transformation efforts by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering continuous improvement.
