Business Applications Manager

Beacon Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Business Applications – IT professional to support enterprise applications, automation initiatives, and digital transformation projects across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support CRM, HRMS, ERP, and accounting applications

• Understand business requirements and suggest technology solutions

• Coordinate software implementation and vendor management

• Support users and resolve application-related queries

• Drive automation and process improvement initiatives

• Conduct user trainings and ensure smooth functioning of systems

• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance

Experience Required:

• 4–8 years of relevant experience

• Prior experience in Insurance Broking / Insurance / BFSI industry preferred

• Experience in enterprise applications and process automation preferred
