Job Description

Role Overview

Looking for a Functional Consultant / Application Specialist with strong experience in construction/project management platforms to troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot issues across Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Prism PPM

Manage project configurations, user roles, and permissions

Support workflows like RFIs, Submittals, Drawings

Handle integrations, data corrections, and system upgrades

Perform root cause analysis and create documentation

Optimize business rules, workflows, and configurations

Support scheduling, resource planning, and cost forecasting (Primavera & PRISM)

Ensure data accuracy, validation, and alignment with business needs

Collaborate with stakeholders and translate requirements into solutions

Required Skills

4+ years experience in Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Prism PPM

Strong understanding of construction/project workflows

Experience in troubleshooting complex functional issues

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

Ability to work with stakeholders and deliver solutions

Fluent in English (client-facing role)

Good to Have

Experience with ERP tools (Yardi, Anaplan, Certify, IronClad)

Knowledge of integrations, data sync, and compliance/reporting

Exposure to low-code tools, ITIL, BPMN, TOGAF

Experience in workshops & requirement gathering

Education

Degree in Business Analysis, Information Systems, Construction Management, or related field
