Role - Business Application
Skills - EAM (Enterprise Asset Management, Maintenance (MRO), mobile app investigations on iOS, Android, and Windows platforms
Responsibilities:
- Provide functional resolutions within the support/maintenance scope to rectify issues while advising customers and other parties on using IFS's products.
- Provide regular, proactive updates on the progression of the resolution and deliver professional customer service.
- Be conscious of the value delivered through customer support.
- Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships.
- Continually be updated on the latest product developments and their ability to meet industry Standards and policies.
- Understand the industry characteristics of the customer's solution.
- Identify the root cause of the issue through cross-examination and provide advice accordingly.
- Collaborate as a team to achieve team goals.
- Actively engage in the IFS Community.
Requirements
- The ability to efficiently engage with requirement owners and other stakeholders while contributing to activities related to product/solution management.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills, along with the ability to apply expertise & technology to achieve work objectives.
- The potential to work in a distributed global team on a NA shift is a definite plus.
- A bachelor's degree in chemical & Process, Mechanical, Production & Maintenance or equivalent.
- More than two years of hands-on experience working in Service & Asset Management and Maintenance along with thorough knowledge of working with different Business Application
- Exposure to field service operations
- Expertise in mobile app investigations on iOS, Android, and Windows platforms is a major advantage
- More than two years of hands-on experience working in Service & Asset Management, Maintenance, and Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO), along with thorough knowledge of working with different Business Applications.
