We are looking for an experienced Integration/Automation Expert to join our Business Applications Integration team. In this role, you will play an integral part in our development work that impacts all aspects of Information Systems connectivity and processes. The Business Integration Engineer determines technical requirements to improve, accelerate and empower the organization with automated and integrated processes. In addition, the Business Integration Expert provides expert knowledge in information systems and integrations, including but not limited to Salesforce, Netsuite, Slack, Jira, Snowflake, and many more.
What You'll Be Doing
- Help internal customers optimize performance and overcome integration challenges
- Help Riskified employees approach and resolve technical problems and design scalable services
- Work across the company with internal tech and business organizations
- Design, develop and implement integrations and enhancements
- Manage SLAs to meet system reliability and stability (via monitoring, incident management, and best practices)
- Continuously review, monitor and improve Information Systems process and maintain scalable and high-quality solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in the technical fields or equivalent experience
- At least two years of information systems integration experience (ERP, CRM)
- Knowledge of Implementing Integration projects - must
- Demonstrated experience with middleware solutions
- Strong working knowledge with REST APIs (JSON), SOAP, OData, GraphQL, CSV
- Hands-on and experience with Workato - advantage
- Working knowledge of microservices or API-based integration architecture, event-driven architecture - advantage
- Familiarity with NetSuite and Salesforce systems and business processes - advantage
- Excellent organizational/collaboration skills and the ability to work on multiple projects
- Outstanding problem-solving ability, eagerness to learn, and curiosity
- Strong critical thinking, analytical skills with a proactive mindset
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively to a non-technical audience
- Fast learner who can independently conduct extensive research and synthesize ideas, information, and options quickly
