This is a full-time on-site role for Business and Sales Executives, located in Bengaluru. The position involves managing and fostering client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, executing plans to meet sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and drive business growth.

• Skills in Account Management and Customer Service to effectively maintain relationships and address client needs
• Strong Communication abilities for presenting solutions, negotiating deals, and fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Sales and Business Development to strategize, identify opportunities, and drive revenue growth
• Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment and deliver results within deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in sales or account management roles, especially in technology or e-commerce sectors, is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
