Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation -
- Inside Sales, networking, and online research.
- Customer Engagement-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Sales Presentations-showcase the benefits of the products.
- Quoting and Proposal Submission.
- Negotiation and Closing.
- Sales Reporting-Maintain accurate records of sales.
Key Requirements:
- 2-7 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Lead generation through digital platforms like IndiaMART, Tradeindia or YouTube.
- Experience in industrial machinery, packaging, adhesives, or related sectors.
- Digital marketing skills are a plus.
