Job Description

Industry: Industrial Machinery / Adhesives / Gluing Solutions

Role: Sales and Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation -
  • Inside Sales, networking, and online research.
  • Customer Engagement-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Sales Presentations-showcase the benefits of the products.
  • Quoting and Proposal Submission.
  • Negotiation and Closing.
  • Sales Reporting-Maintain accurate records of sales.

Key Requirements:

  • 2-7 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Lead generation through digital platforms like IndiaMART, Tradeindia or YouTube.
  • Experience in industrial machinery, packaging, adhesives, or related sectors.
  • Digital marketing skills are a plus.
