Summary:
As a Business and Integration Architect, you will design the integration strategy endpoints and data flow to align technology with business strategy and goals. You will understand the entire project life-cycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and operations to ensure successful integration.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME in the Insurance Industry, collaborate and lead a large team of business analysts to deliver enterprise solutions.
- Engage with multiple stakeholders from onshore/offshore and contribute to key decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders to gather and analyze user requirements, write user stories, review user stories, and get sign-off from key stakeholders.
- Create functional & technical documents, Use Cases, User Stories, mock-ups, test cases, and high and low-level design documents.
- Elicit requirements from business users through workshops, brainstorming sessions, and meetings.
- Work closely with the development & business team to ensure that client needs are met.
- Conduct daily scrums, coordinate, assign, and escalate tasks.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes and best practices.
- Willingness to travel and work at various customer sites across the globe.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Strong domain knowledge of Insurance.
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency and experience in Personal Insurance Industry in P&C (Motor), Life, Claims, Accountancy, Portfolio Management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in RGI Core Insurance Platform will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
- Basic technical knowledge (e.g., different integration patterns, concepts of class, method, etc.) is a nice to have.
- Previous experience in migrations is nice to have.
- Knowledge of database management systems and SQL is nice to have.
