Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business and Client Operations Executive, located in Kalyan Dombivli. The responsibilities of the role include driving customer satisfaction, maintaining effective client communication, managing client accounts, and establishing strong client relationship. The role also involves contributing to sales efforts to foster business growth and supporting operational processes that enable scaling for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills
• Proven experience in Account Management and a results-driven approach to customer relationship building
• Proficiency in Sales processes and the ability to identify potential opportunities
• Experience or knowledge in Consulting to provide tailored solutions for clients
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with excellent problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
