Business Analyst supporting end-to-end delivery of enterprise e-commerce solutions across web, mobile (Android & iOS), and omni-channel platforms. Acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution, issue resolution, and continuous platform improvement.
Requirement Gathering And Analysis
The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions
:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand new requirements, enhancements, and queries.
- Translate business requirements into structured documentation for product teams.
- Support analysis across the following: web platforms, mobile applications, admin panels, and backend systems.
- Possess a basic understanding of APIs and integrations.
Production Support And Issue Analysis
- Perform first-level analysis of production issues across web platforms, mobile applications and admin configurations.
- Identify issue types: configuration-related, data-related, and code-level.
- Log detailed tickets and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
- Provide timely technical support, especially for critical issues.
- Take ownership of tasks and drive them to closure with minimal supervision.
Integration And System Understanding
- Support integrations with the following: payment gateways, inventory systems, and third-party APIs.
- Understand and validate data flow across systems.
Testing And Validation
- Participate in functional testing and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Ensure features meet defined requirements and quality standards before production release.
Performance Monitoring And Optimisation
- Monitor platform performance and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance customer experience and platform stability.
- Work with analytics tools for insights and optimisation.
Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain documentation for requirements and enhancements, issue logs and resolutions, and release notes.
- Track tasks and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Monitor project management boards daily.
- Follow up with internal teams on ticket status.
- Work with defined ETAs and ensure adherence.
- Maintain project analytics on a daily/weekly basis.
Requirements
- 3-4 years as a business analyst in e-commerce / digital platforms.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to production support and issue analysis (troubleshooting).
- Experience handling international stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end e-commerce workflows.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of GA4 dashboards and reports.
- Understanding of SEO best practices.

- Experience mentoring or managing a small team (1-2 members).
- Ability to manage multiple projects or clients simultaneously.
- Strong prioritisation and time management skills.
