Role Overview
We are looking for a
Junior Business Analyst to help in HRMS (Human Resource Management System) projects such as
Zoho People, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Expense, and Zoho Recruit.
You will work with clients to understand their HR needs, collect requirements, and support the setup of HR software.
Main Responsibilities
- Talk to clients and understand their HR processes.
- Collect and record requirements in a clear and simple format.
- Help configure and test HR modules like Leave, Attendance, Payroll, Recruit and Expense.
- Support data upload and help fix errors during implementation.
- Prepare documents like requirement notes, process flow, and test results.
- Work with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation.
- Help in training clients and preparing user manuals.
Requirements
Skills Required
- Good English communication (spoken and written).
- Basic understanding of HR and payroll processes.
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Logical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn software tools quickly (Zoho HR Suite preferred).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Education
- Graduate in HR, Business, IT, or any related field.
- MBA or diploma in HR/Systems will be a plus.
