Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Business Analyst to join our team as the primary point of contact between our company and our customers. As an entry-level customer-facing business analyst, you will be responsible for successfully onboarding the customer to the platform, providing support on platform use, gathering customer insights, meeting feature requirements, and delivering the product. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.

Experience: 1–2 Years

Responsibilities:

• Onboard customers and guide them through implementation

• Gather and document customer requirements

• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver customer needs

• Conduct customer meetings and project updates

• Provide support during onboarding and go-live

• Understand customer challenges and recommend solutions

• Contribute to product improvements through customer feedback

Qualifications:

• MBA / PGDM / PGPM

• B.Sc Computer Science

• MCA

  • B.Com
  • 1-2 years or less of experience in business analysis, customer support, or a relevant customer-facing role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and build lasting relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric mindset and a focus on delivering solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills to manage multiple customer relationships and tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
  • Basic knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
