What You'll Do- Lead cross-functional, data-driven initiatives that impact growth, product, operations, and marketing.
- Support day-to-day e-commerce analytical needs across platforms like Amazon, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, and Zavya's D2C site, including daily sales, traffic, conversion, pricing, and inventory health tracking.
- Develop dashboards and automation pipelines for marketplace performance, marketing ROI, SKU-level profitability, and supply chain KPIs.
- Build and maintain business performance dashboards, KPI trackers, and reporting frameworks for leadership visibility.
- Use Advanced Excel/G-Sheets, Python, SQL, and BI tools to identify growth opportunities, diagnose issues, and support data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate with design, tech, marketing, and operations teams to translate analytical insights into actionable strategies.
- Partner with category and marketing managers to forecast demand, optimize assortments, and analyze campaign performance.
What We're Looking For- Strong business acumen and analytical mindset with a deep understanding of e-commerce operations, marketplace metrics, and funnel analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and working knowledge of Python and SQL for data analysis and automation.
- Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Vertex AI), Google Analytics (GA4), Amplitude, n8n is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, visualization, and communication skills — able to translate raw data into clear insights.
- Proven ability to take ownership in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce analytics/ product roles preferred.
Preferred Qualification- B.E./B.Tech from a premier institute or equivalent analytical background with relevant work experience.
