Business Analyst Sales Operations - Kozhikode (Calicut), Kerala
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and systems-driven Business Analyst to support our Sales Operations team. This role will focus on managing CRM workflows, improving lead management processes, and generating actionable insights that help the sales team perform better.
You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, smooth lead flow, and performance visibility across the sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management & Automation
- Act as the primary administrator for LeadSquared CRM, managing user access, hierarchies, and configurations.
- Build and optimize automation workflows for lead routing, follow-ups, and stage transitions.
- Provide internal support and troubleshooting for CRM-related operational issues.
Sales Performance Analytics
- Build dashboards and reports tracking key sales metrics such as call volumes, reachability, conversions, and revenue.
- Analyze the sales pipeline to identify bottlenecks and performance improvement opportunities.
- Generate data insights and reports for leadership decision-making.
Data Governance & Accuracy
- Conduct regular CRM audits to ensure data hygiene and eliminate duplicates.
- Manage bulk lead uploads and validations to ensure proper data allocation and accuracy.
Candidate Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 2+ years experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or Sales Operations roles.
CRM Expertise
- Hands-on experience with LeadSquared CRM (Workbenches, Portals, Logic Blocks preferred).
Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
Communication
- Ability to communicate fluently in Malayalam is essential for this role.
Location
- This position is based in Kozhikode, and applicants who are currently residing in or familiar with Kozhikode district will be preferred.
